University of Idaho Organic Agricultural Center
As part of a 60 acre Organic Orchard, this building serves as a center for gatherings for introspective studies. The 15,000 S.F. facility includes spaces for large events supported by a commercial kitchen, classrooms and a detached dormitory. It was recently donated to University of Idaho to further education on specific organic gardening practices and is now open to the community.
