In partnership with Straight Line Building Design, Koo Koo Sint is a 14,000 S.F. residence situated on the Sam Owen peninsula on Lake Pend Oreille. Including a 3,600 S.F. Gatehouse constructed at the entrance to the property. Both buildings share a design language using traditional timber framing in an old lodge style. The house centers on a Great Room with an expansive view of the Lake and Memaloose Island. The property is currently finishing development.
